Wildcats sign Nic Blanchard for the 2016/2017 Season!!

The World Wide Auto Sales Valley Jr. A Wildcats are very pleased to announce the signing of 20 year old forward Nic Blanchard for the 2016-2017 season. 

Nic, a Kentville native, was a standout for both the Bantam and Midget Wildcats before embarking on a 3 year QMJHL career with the Acadie-Bathurst Titan.  In 184 career regular season games with the Titan Nick scored 31 goals and 36 assists for 67 points, while serving as an alternate captain during the 2015-2016 season.  Prior to his time in Bathurst, Nic led the Midget Wildcats to an Atlantic Canadian championship and a berth in the Telus Cup.
 
“We are very proud and excited to announce Nic's signing for the 2016-2017 season," stated Wildcats Head Coach & General Manager  Nick Greenough. "Nic was a huge contributor to our success as a midget and we are thrilled that he has decided to come home and finish his junior career as a Wildcat.  Anytime you can add a player of Nic's calibre you are excited, but the fact that he is a local guy who has a history with our program makes it even more special." 
 
The entire Wildcats organization would like to welcome Nic back to the Valley and look forward to a very successful 2016-2017 season.
