The Greenwood Auto Valley Wildcats Welcome Andre Lefebvre as their Full-Time Assistant Coach!

The Greenwood Auto Valley Wildcats would like to announce the addition of Andre Lefebvre to the coaching staff as a full time assistant for the 2016-2017 season. Andre comes to the Wildcats with an extensive background of coaching over the last 15+ years. He has previously coached in the NSMBHL, most recently with the 2015-2016 Provincial Champions, the LandWorks Gulls, as well as in the NSMMHL (Halifax Major Midget hockey club), NSMBHL (Halifax), St. Mary’s Huskies (AUS), the MHL (East Hants, Dartmouth) and at various minor hockey levels.
He has also been a part of the Hockey NS High Performance program in various roles for the last 8 seasons and is currently the Head Coach of the 2016 Male U15 program. He was part of the 2014 Male U14 ACC Gold Medal winning team as Head Coach, and 2015 Male U16 QMJHL Gatorade Challenge Silver Medal winning team as an Assistant Coach.
In addition to his coaching duties he has worked as an Atlantic Scout for Val D’or and Shawinigan in the QMJHL and is currently the Nova Scotia Scout for the Moncton Wildcats of the QMJHL.
Andre won back to back Atlantic Major Midget Titles as a player and was drafted by Val D’or of the QMJHL and played for Valleyfield in the LHJAAAQ.
He lives in Fall River NS, with his wife Christine, and sons John-Pierre and Roderick.
